I am a senior citizen and have been travelling quite frequently along with my wife from Bangalore-shimoga and back by train Nos 6227 and 6229 in F.C.

We are facing severe problems of inconvenience both at Bangalore and Shimoga , which needs to be addressed immediately.

The Train no.6227 normally starts from platform 9 or 10 . Inorder to reach the platform number 9/10 from rear gate of city railway station we have to walk through level crossing in platform 8 , where the engine of Hubli train will be blocking the level crossing invariably up to 11. pm, causing great inconvenience to reach platform 9 and 10. Kindly ensure for free level crossing.

The train no. 6227 reaches Shimoga at about 5.00 AM on platform number 2 and no porter will be available during this period. Upper class waiting room will be locked and this does not have a western commode. The first class bogie invariably halts outside the platform  and it is not possible for easy alighting and to go to platform 1.

Suggestion: a)It is requested to arrage for arrival of 6227 in platform 1 
                    b)To provide porters for arrival and departure of 6227/6228. 
                    c)To Provide western commode in waiting room.
