The Outer Ring Road has also become congested, thanks to ever growing vehicular traffic in the City. If the BBMP completes the construction of four underpasses for which it laid foundation on Tuesday, then traffic flow on the ORR may become smoother in a year’s time.
The BBMP is yet to identify an agency to construct the underpasses.
