Applications have been invited from the eligible families for the Bhagyalakshmi Yojane in the district.
According to a press release, a girl child born in a BPL family can avail the facility. The government will deposit Rs 10,000 in the name of the child. The child must be born after April 1. The name should be registered within one month at the nearest Anganwadi centre. Application form can be collected from CDPO office.
