Implement Swaminathan report on farmers' suicide  
The suggestions given by Dr M S Swaminathan to increase the farm productivity needs to be implemented with immediate effect so as to solve the agrarian crisis, retired professor of Tirupathi Agriculture University Venugopal Rao said.
