Summit HR, a global talent supply chain management company, on Thursday announced the launch of its Bangalore delivery centre. This centre, the 4th in India, will provide talent management services to companies who are looking to hire less than 1,000 employees a year.
“Our approach will help mid-size companies to attract and retain talent, which would result in lower cost per hire,” said Ranjan Sinha, Chairman and CEO of Summit HR Worldwide.
With two centres in Chennai and one in Pune, Summit HR plans to open another eight centres across India in the next one year.
“Our projected investment in India would be $ 5 million in one year,” Mr Sinha said adding that the Summit HR India till date had invested $ 3 million in India. Summit HR recently bought Bangalore based Career Graph, a staffing company.
