Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa will be coming to Gulbarga City at 5:45 am by the Karnataka Express on Monday, June 4. Later, he would be leaving for Bidar by road at 9:00 am to participate in the inauguration of the Sri Siddaruda Charitable Trust Hospital and Research Centre.
One killed
One person was killed, and three others were injured in a bus-jeep crash near Ram Mandir on the outskirts of Gulbarga City on Saturday.
According to police, the deceased has been identified as jeep driver Noor Ahamad. He died while being shifted to the hospital. The three injured are Karnataka Bhagya Jala Nigam Limited (KBJNL) Executive Engineer Zakeer Ahamed, first division clerk Bheemsen Yalgi, and Surendra. While Mr Ahamed has been shifted to a hospital at Hyderabad, while the other two have been admitted to the District Government Hospital in Gulbarga.
