A person accidentally fell from the second floor of a hotel near Pumpwell Circle and died on Saturday.
   According to police, the deceased has been identified as Jose Abingal (54), a resident of Edapally at Cochin in Kerala. He had come to the City along with 34 relatives including his wife Rita earlier in the morning to attend his nephew’s engagement. 
   It is said that Abingal, who was relaxing on the balcony of the second floor, lost his balance and had a fatal fall. Though he was rushed to the hospital, he succumbed the injuries he sustained. A case has been registered.
Ganja seized
   Police arrested four persons and seized 1.25 kg ganja from a lodge in B B Alabi Road in Mangalore.
   Acting on a tip off, police conducted a raid and arrested four persons. The arrested have been identified as Shafi, K P Hyder, Amir Suhail and Asif.
