Foreigner molested by drunk youth  
A foreign national participating in the Womens Day programme at Bal Bhavan was molested on Monday. The woman drew the attention of the police who caught the youth. However, no case was registered against him, it was learnt.
Budget gives City a raw deal
Infrastructure funds cut, no special grants to projects  
Infrastructure facilities in the City received a raw deal in the vote on account presented in Parliament. Compared with the last years budget allocation for urban infrastructure here, this time allocation has come down by 15.06 per cent.
