Women must shed inferiority complex and move forward in every field including education, said Dr Shubha.
She was speaking here on Sunday after inaugurating cultural programmes organised as part of International Women’s Day celebrations.
The programme was organised by the Myrada institute. She also called upon women to take good care of their health and make use of all the opportunities coming their way and forge ahead with confidence and improved competence.
CDPO Muniraju presided over the programme. C Kumar, Prakash, Kalavathi, Satish, Venkataratnamma and others from Myrada were present. The winners of the cultural competitions were given prizes. Pramila compered the programme. Veena welcomed the gathering while Prabha proposed vote of thanks.
