Third volume of ‘Shreethuranga Bharatha’ of Mahakavi Paramadeva will be released on the occasion and Mahakavi Paramadeva Award will be awarded to renowned Gamaka artiste Thekkekere Subramanya Bhat.
Addressing a press meet on Wednesday, Agnisena Trust President V R Hegade said that Edaneeru Shree Keshavananda Bharathi Mahaswamiji will be present at the programme. Agni Seva Trust Honorary President Vidwan Gajanana Joshi Gokarna will presided over the programme.
Mr Hegade said that since the Gamaka Kala Parishat is celebrating its silver jubilee, it intends to start the Kerala Gadinadu unit to give representation to the border region and to promote Kannada language and culture. Dr Suryanarayana, Shivakumar T Shankarnarayana Bhat were present.
