Maximum temperatures markedly fell at most places over North Interior Karnataka; appreciably fell at many places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were markedly below normal at many places over Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka. Raichur recorded the highest maximum temperature of 36.1 Celsius over the State. Minimum temperatures fell at few places over Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka, They were above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and were normal over North Interior Karnataka. Chamarajnagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 19.7 Celsius over the State.
