It is a shame we could not open the much awaited Airport on time although the government had years to plan for it. Can we ever get anything done on time? Why is it when we have to deal the government everything gets so difficult? What about the access road? What was the local government thinking all these years only to wake up now to the issue? In most countries the airport is quite some distance from the city. With a 4-lane non stop roadway one can easily cover 30 miles in 30 to 40 minutes! Has anyone seen the world outside Bangalore?
