Speaking to Deccan Herald here on Tuesday, the ex-minister said that he began his political career as member of RMC taluk board member and went on to become minister after winning elections from Huliyurudurga constituency for three consecutive years.
He also expressed his confidence in winning the forthcoming election as he had gained the confidence of the party workers across the taluk by supporting them in the local body elections. He said, he had prepared the ground for contesting the forthcoming Assembly election.
The former Minister also said that strategies were being worked out to erase differences of opinions created by the JD(S) leaders among the party workers.
