The name BBMP stands for "Bruhath Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike" and it is not spelt "Bangalore" as published in your news papers. I had given a similar feedback to BBMP also earlier and I am happy that it was corrected in their website within a week. In my opinion, being Kannadigas it is our responsibility to spell the name correctly as we pronounce it in Kannada (particularly in the media). It looks awkward to use a single English word along with three Kannada words in BBMP.

Hope you will make sure that in all your publications, our city name will be pronounced correctly henceforth.
