Many leaders in the Chikkaballapur and Kolar districts are joining BJP and this has strengthened the party in these districts, said BJP district Treasury Lakshminarayana Gupta.

Speaking at a press conference here on Sunday he proclaimed  that  with the charisma of former Deputy Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa party will definitely win all the 8 constituencies the districts.

Disclosing the fact that Byresandra Krishne Gowda is one of the aspiring candidates for the assembly constituency from the region he said that infighting between Congress, rebel-Congress and JD(S) will definitely help the party. Byresandra Krishne Gowda is a co-actor and is also the president of the Artiste Association.

The party workers will be individually addressed in order to strengthen the party. A massive workers convention will be arranged at the taluk-level first and also at a hobli-level later, expressed Krishne Gowda who spoke on the occasion. He said that the party’s achievement made during its tenure will be highlighted in the campaigning and will strive for the success of each candidate.

Party’s win important

Speaking about himself he said that he is one of the aspiring candidate but this does deter him from campaigning for other candidate in case the party decides to give ticket to other person. He opined that the success of the party is more important.  C V Lokesh who had declared himself as the candidate will also be pacified, as his support is also essential in strengthening the party, he added.
