The voters’ list of the newly classified Assembly constituencies will be displayed in all polling booths, taluk offices, assistant commissioners’ offices and Mangalore City Corporation on March 29 for public’s advantage, informed a release from the Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada.

In order to verify their names in the list, the voters can also log on to www.ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in. The list has been prepared keeping January 1, 2008 as the eligibility date. Those who completed the age of 18 years on January 1, 2008 and yet missing their names in the list, can inform the same to the voters registrar or his assistant by filling Form 6 on March 29 and 30, and also on April 5 and 6.

For corrections, one can submit the same to the authorities concerned in Form 8.

Public can draw the attention of the officials regarding any kind of mistakes in the list and also on changing booths through written complaints, the release stated.

Public can also register their complaints at the DC’s office on toll-free number 1077, the release added.
