“I think India need not be scared of anybody. When I speak to leaders of other nations, they are of the opinion that we are under-confident. But they recognise the strength India brings to table. It’s time to stop thinking about rest of the world what others think of us,” said AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, referring to whether India should sign the N-deal or not.
He was addressing a large number of students at an interactive session organised by the National Students Union of India (NSUI) at Dr T M A Pai Convention Centre here on Wednesday.
Comparing Uttar Pradesh (from where he hails) with Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, Mr Gandhi regretted that Utter Pradesh was not a ‘moving state’ where as the southern states were.
