One of the event partners, India, will showcase its aerospace products, services and skills.
An official of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce told reporters here the event will create a platform for the Indian aerospace industry in Europe and provide a glimpse of its growth.
The airshow is also expected to give the Indian aerospace industry access to 'European Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEMs) and major suppliers in addition to generating higher content in European aerospace projects and programme for the Indian industry, the official said.
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, one of the exhibitors, will display three Advanced Light Helicopters (ALH). The firm will also showcase its work packages and focus on networking with a view of boosting exports.
It is learnt some South East Asian countries like Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand have evinced interest in ALH.
The indigenously built Intermediary Jet Trainer will be another aircraft HAL would like to showcase.
Public sector majors BEL and BEML, besides ISRO, will also participate.
