The mismanagement and lack of basic amenities in the Government Boy’s College needs to be tackled soon, demanded the activists of Akila Bharathiya Vidhyarthi Parishat.
They also staged a rasta roko in front of the Government Boy’s College in Kolar on Monday.
The results of degree exams would not be announced even after three months.
Errors in marks sheet is a common affair. In addition to this there is a shortage of teaching staff, they protested.
No books in library
The college has shortage of toilets and one can hardly find books in the library. Also, the scholarships are not given in time. These are some of the issues that need to addressed, they demanded.
The activists staged a protest in front of the college premises. Even though, the complaints with regard to the same has been made no action has been initiated in this regard.
Student leaders Raghavendra, Vasanth Kumar, Chandrashekar and others led the protest.
