Science expo on wheels  
The Science Express, the worlds largest mobile science exhibition on train will be halting at Cantonment Railway Station in Bangalore from March 6 to 10.
HC allows students to write PG medical exams  
The High Court on Tuesday directed five medical colleges to facilitate their students in various medical and para-medical PG courses, to take up their first year examinations in April this year.
KUSMA: Petitions admitted  
The High Court on Tuesday admitted a set of writ petitions by KUSMA and some private school managements from across the State, impugning the 2007 State government orders in derecognising several private schools for violating the medium of instruction.
State budget: VAT rates may remain untouched  
When Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram presents the state budget proposals in parliament he is unlikely to effect increase in prices of commodities by changing Value Added Tax (VAT) rates.
