Dry weather prevailed over the State. Cold wave conditions has prevailed over few parts of interior Karnataka. Maximum temperature changed little over the State. Temperature was above normal at most places being appreciably so at few places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over Interior Karnataka. Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37.4 Celsius over the State. Minimum temperatures fell at many places over south interior; at a few places over north interior and changed little over coastal. They were below normal at most places over coastal and north interior Karnataka. Chamarajanagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 7.0 Celsius over the State.
