Passport, drivers’ licence, PAN card; or employees’ photo identity card issued by the Central, State or public enterprises; Bank/ farmer/ post office books (issued on or before 31 March 2008); identity cards issued by educational institutions registered on or before 1 October 2007, registration deeds with photo proof, ration card, affidavits (with photo proof) issued by the authorised departments, pension records, former soldiers’ pension book, or other pension records, widows’ allowance records, freedom fighters’ identity cards, license issued on or before 31 March 2008, ID cards issued by the Disabled Welfare Department, canteen cards (bearing photographs) in the case of former soldiers or a photo ID issued on or before 31 March 2008 as part of the Sandhya Suraksha Yojane.
