The annual day function of Government RC College of Commerce was held recently. Principal Prof G M Mahadevaraju, in his presidential address, said that in this competitive world, a student is expected to possess knowledge about every branch. He advised the students to make best use of the research centre status conferred on the college.

On the occasion ‘Datti Ratna’ endowment awards were distributed to achievers in various subjects. Prizes were also distributed to the successful participants of annual sports. The best outgoing students were also given awards. The Principal gave away cash prize to the highest scorers in business economics in the name of his son Late G M Mahendra. Prof  L Muralikrishna welcomed the students and N Byregowda proposed a vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Srikanth.
