All ready a well known art promoter and an established musician, Netra Srikanth is now stepping into the world of acting and films!  Netra is all set to make her debut in Ramesh Arvind’s film Satyavan Savitri, which will be released later this month.Netra was previously the principal violist in the Greater Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. She also performed the viola in France, Spain, UK and other places with artists like Vasundhara Das.
 Alongside, she chose to become an art promoter, and researched the art market. She also curated at several international art exhibitions. She came to Bangalore and started promoting the work of Bangalore based artist Raghava K K. Being in the company of some of the most celebrated film makers like Kamal Haasan and Ramesh Arvind, Netra eventually decided to try her hand in films. She will be making her debut in Satyavan Savitri, a movie by Ramesh Arvind where she plays a small but very significant role. She acts as a catalyst fuelling the climax of the movie.
Netra has already received a number of offers by other film makers and is exploring her options in this new endeavour.
