Chef Chantanee Chuangsuvanich from Bangkok will be presenting dishes in true Thai style, adding the rustic touch to the banquet. The menu is extensive and yet, traditional featuring dishes that are unique and distinct.
Speaking of the food festival, Umesh Malhotra, Tusker Entertainment, says, “ Thai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines all over the world and the last decade has established itself as one of the most widely appreciated.” The trend is really catching on in Bangalore, as is the evident growth of Pan Asian restaurants.
The theme of the festival is `Home Style Thai food.’ The menu will feature unique dishes which are only prevalent in Thai homes.

Chef Chantanee is an expert at preparing conventional Thai dishes and perpetuate the ever growing scope for experimentation with food. She quips, “ Getting back to India is like a dream come true as the people here are so warm and wonderful, and they are open to experimenting with the most delectable cuisines from across the world.”
