After the success of Bal Ganesh, Shemaroo Entertainment is busy gearing up for its next mega animation release Ghatothkach - Master of Magic. The magical  and musical film is all set to release on May 23. Ghatothkach is a feature-length Bollywood - Ishtyle musical animated film for the entire family.

The story of Ghatothkach, lovingly called 'Ghattu,' explores his magical escapades with an interesting mix of magic, action, romance, comedy, fantasy and is complete with foot-tapping songs. This animated movie for the very first time is heading for a screening at the Cannes film festival this year.

The movie will be released in seven languages, biggest ever for any animation film in India. To ensure animation quality as per world standards, best talent from India, USA, Philippines and Canada have been utilised to make this movie.

The movie is a co-production between Shemaroo Entertainment and Sun Animatics. It is directed by world renowned Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, who has earlier directed internationally acclaimed films like Pushpak, Appu Raja and Son of Alladin, amongst many.
