Main accused in the Nithari killings case, Moninder Singh Pandher, has transferred all his moveable and immovable property to his son Kuldeep Singh, an official said.
The transfer was done through power of attorney and Pandher signed the documents in Dasna jail here on Saturday, District Magistrate M K S Sundaram told PTI.
A deputy jailer signed the power of attorney as a witness before the sub-registrar. Pandher owned properties in Noida, Delhi, Chandigarh and Ambala, whose combined value was not known.
The power of attorney authorises Pandher’s son to sell or purchase the properties and also operate all his bank accounts and lockers.
