A fresh petition was filed here in the special court today against the CBI for giving clean chit to Moninder Singh Pandher, one of the main accused in serial killing of women and children in Nithari.
The petition was filed in the court of additional District Judge Rama Jain by lawyer Khalid Kahn on behalf of Mukesh Kumar, father of 14-year-old girl Payal.
The CBI has filed a charge sheet in this case against Surinder Koli, another accused who was also a domestic help of Pandher.
All the three accused, including Pandher, were present in the court which extended their judicial remand till May 24. The court also fixed the same date for further hearing of the petition.
The CBI has filed charge sheet in four cases and Pandher was given clean chit in three cases.
The first protest petion in Pinky Sarkar case was disposed off on May 11 by the court.
