Two papers test them the most!
DH News Service, Bangalore:

Students who appeared for the Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Professional College Association’s (KRLMPCA) common entrance test on Sunday, found the Physics and Mathematics papers tough. Many said the question papers were based mainly on the CBSE pattern, which added to their difficulty in solving the paper within the allotted time.
Most students were interested in opting for medical and dental courses. However, they believed the tough question papers may affect their plans to study in Karnataka.
Coming out of the examination hall, a visibly exhausted group of students said the paper was not as easy as they had expected.
Abhishek, from Ananthapur district in Andhra Pradesh, said all papers were tough as they were based on the CBSE pattern and added the pattern followed in Andhra Pradesh was different.
“In our state, the syllabus is comparatively easier. I can’t say I’m hopeful about clearing the exam,” he said.
Shaheen, from Gujarat, said she wanted to study MBBS in Karnataka as the State is considered the best for vocational courses. However, the tough question paper has been worrying for her. “It would be a great achievement if I could even get selected for the dental course... even then, I may have to pay a hefty donation to secure a place,” she said.
Sevanthi, from Tirupathi, said she had lost all hope after appearing for the Physics and Chemistry exams. “Chemistry was quite easy compared to Physics. I don’t think I have performed well in the test,” she said.
The exam was held in five locations — Bangalore, Mangalore, Gulbarga, Raichur and Delhi — where around 5,800 students appeared. In Bangalore, 1,960 students appeared for the exam, which was conducted at the St Joseph’s School near Mallya Hospital.
