After setting the racing tracks on fire at the FSAE (Formula Society of Automotive Engineers) competition in Australia, the Ashwa RZ06 racing car is all set to enthrall racing enthusiasts on FASE’s German leg later this year.
Designed and developed by students of RV Engineering College, the Ashwa RZ06, after having won the admiration of racing fans and experts the world over at the 2005 and 2006 FSAE in Australia, will be making its debut at the Hockenhien FSAE in Germany in August where students from 60 universities from across the globe will be showcasing cars by developed by them.
The RZ06 has optimised the current chassis design for better performance and incorporated the MoTech-800 engine management system for performance and enhanced safety.
“We have also incorporated the pneumatic gear shifter development and beefed up the side impact panels,” Mudit Khanna, from Team Ashwa, told Deccan Herald.
