I am an 18-year-old girl of height 5'4 and weight 53 kg. My problem is that I am terribly thin. I am very healthy and feel fit but I don't look healthy. Also, I have very small hips and butts. Please help me
If you claim to be healthy and feel fit, I don't see the problem. Yes, sometimes we may not match up to the expectation of others, like friends and relatives, but what you feel inside is most important, and definitely should boost your confidence.
Many a times, we try to look or act a particular way, to 'match up', but in vain. This only leads to frustration and low self esteem. If you ask me, just be happy that you feel good from inside, and nobody can take that away from you. All of us have our own unique physique, build and structure. Some of us are bony, gawky or chubby. It is in our constitution, and nothing or nobody can change that!!
I am 19 years old, my height is 182 cm but I weigh only 55 kg. Some of my friends eat better than I do. I eat well and drink milk daily. Also, I am a non-vegetarian but still, I don't put on weight. Please help me.
The trick to putting on weight is exercise. Trust me. The only way your appetite can increase is through workouts. You eat better, feel better and look better. In the process of exercising, especially if it is under the guidance of a trainer or in a structured programme, you will notice that your weight gain, will be that of quality, as it will be muscle.
The point to note here is, use every part of your body, keep it active, don’t ever give it an opportunity to become prey to a lax or sedentary environment. So, pick yourself up, go out for a brisk walk or jog and keep up that healthy diet. You will see the difference.
I am working in an MNC as a receptionist. Every day I get very embarrassed because my breasts are very very small. It is really frustrating to mingle with office colleagues and friends. Please help me.
I can understand your predicament. It is definitely not easy when your job profile requires of you to interact with people day in and day out. There are alternatives (other than plastic surgery) in enhancing breast size. You should wear padded bras, simple. Please consult a gynaecologist with respect to breast-enhancing creams.
