Hyderabad Karnataka Janapara Sangharsha Samithi has urged the Gulbarga Mahanagara Palike (GMP) to ensure adequate transparency in the implementation of various development works.
   Samithi President Lakshman Dasti noted that though the GMP has taken up a number of works there was no information whatsoever on the nature of work, its cost etc.
   He  urged GMP authorities to display information boards at every workspot listing all details pertaining to the work.
   It noted that though the Samithi had made similar demands in the past, the authorities, the GMP had ignored it.
