The Sohrabuddin Shaikh fake encounter case took a fresh twist on Tuesday with ATS driver Nathusinh Jadeja, whose statement in the case was considered crucial, turning hostile. Jadeja surrendered at the Ahmedabad Metropolitan Court on Tuesday and claimed that the statements  had been extracted forcibly.
The court has sought details of the charges against Jadeja, who is believed to have been part of the ATS conspiracy where Sohrabuddin and his wife Kausar Bi had been killed.
