It is too much to expect from the present set of politicians and leaders to select a non-political and dignified candidate like Kalam for the post of President. Last time itself, the circumstances forced them to back Kalam. Otherwise, they would have chosen some other amenable politician.
Now with the present political situation, they have full freedom to act on their own and that's why they search a suitable man like them. They are not bothered about people's choice or dignity of the highest constitutional post of the land. It is sad that we have to tolerate the  
selfish politicians. Let us pray The Almighty that the nation gets a decent man as President.
