State Government Employees’ Association has urged the State government not to go for general transfer of government officials as the schools have already started.
Association President L Bhyrappa addressing a press conference in Bangalore on Tuesday said officials have already admitted their children to school. If the State government decides to go for general transfers they may find it difficult to get admission for their children at new place.
He also demanded that the Government should implement recommendations made in the final report of the fifth pay commission.
