Development programme
General Mechanics is starting a special business development programme exclusively for women who want to start a home or family business venture. The programme will train them on how to start a home business or industry with minimum investment and risk as well as how women can convert an existing hobby into a profitable business venture. They will be taught to identify the right product or service and start a venture either on a part-time or full-time basis. Topics such as sourcing, manufacturing, brand-building, retailing, distribution and franchising will be covered. They will also be taught on how to set up an assured captive customer base as well as competition and risk management. School O Drama
Vishrutha, under the guidance of Sri T S Nagabharana, presents `WOW!!! Saturday school O drama’ for children aged between 8 and 16. The classes commence from June 16. It will be a yearly course with classes on Saturdays every week with 2 sessions of 1.5hrs each, at the premises between 3 30pm and 6 30pm. Admissions open from June 1, 2007.

Edurite Technologies has forayed into the retail business with its' wide range of curriculum based Educational Titles on CDs for CBSE, ICSE, Engg & CET, that will now be available at major retail chains. Free hostel for girl students

An Intellectual Development Programme (IDP) on Karnataka Value Added Tax is being conducted on June 4, 2007, at Bangalore. It is an interactive programme and would cover the broad aspects of VAT Act and Rules as amended till April,2007.
