DHNS
Marathalli was originally a village in the outskirts of Bangalore 10 to 15 years ago. Long, dusty road stretching into the countryside. But today the scenario has completely changed and it has become the centre of IT corridor.

Magnitude Gallery at Jayanagar has announced the theme ‘Nritya’ for May 2008.
The authentic regional flavours of the varied dance forms of India have been captured on canvas, in the form of original masterpieces.

This is a part of the celebration of India and its various ethos as a part of its groundbreaking initiative — Rang De India.

The folk dances of Eastern India, Northern India, North-West India and South India have come out very beautifully and when viewed simultaneously at the gallery, it seems like standing in the heart of India.

The whole of India, with its individual regional flavours comes alive at the Gallery.

These original masterpieces will be exhibited as a part of the Rang De India celebrations all through May '08. More than being just a visual treat, one can take home a painting that depicts the dance form of the person’s  native region and get the feeling of getting back to your roots.
