B’lore duo ends life

The decomposed bodies of a woman and her daughter, who allegedly committed suicide, were recovered on Saturday from the cottage of the Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams in Tirumala, reports UNI.

On a complaint from cottage maintenance staff that foul smell was emanating from the room, police broke open the doors and found the decomposed bodies.  The deceased, identified as Santhi (30) and her 11-year-old daughter Yeshaswini, hailing from Bangalore, had come here to worship Lord Venkateshwara.  They had occupied the cottage on November 6.
