Nino Ciccarone, the Director of Alliance Francaise, Bangalore, visited the Department of Foreign Languages in Bangalore University. Head of the Department Dr Jyothi Venkadesh welcomed the Director in the absence of the Chairman Dr K Eresi. Nino Ciccarone and Dr Jyothi Venkadesh have decided to to re-establish the academic partnership between the two institutions to further the cause French in Bangalore.
