300 MBA students in failed list
Fare well in theory, fail in orals!  
The final year MBA students in colleges affiliated to Bangalore University are a shattered lot, for many have been declared failed in their viva voce exam in spite of having secured good marks in theory examination.
'Come on Kids' from Nov 15  
'Come on Kids 2007' will be held at the Kanteerava Indoor Stadium from November 15.
It's un-official: HDK to be DyCM  
The JD (S) has not left anyone to wonder who would be the deputy to B S Yeddyurappa. H D Kumaraswamy, who was the CM for 20 months, is almost certain to be the DyCM going by Sunday's developments.
JD(S) candidates won't take oath  
The JD(S), on Sunday, sprung a surprise at the coalition partner BJP by deciding not to administer oath to any of its 18 ministerial candidates, including the deputy chief minister's post, on Monday.
Who's in: Vimala or Shakuntala?  
The BJP is likely to accommodate at least one woman in the Cabinet. According to sources in the party, the names of Vimala Gowda, MLC; Shakunthala Shetty (MLA- Puttur) and Shobha Karandlaje (MLC) are doing rounds for entry into the Cabinet.
