Microbiology department of KMC will organise ‘Microcon 2007’ at Dr T M A Pai International Convention Centre in Mangalore between November 16 and 18.  Addressing a press meet, KMC Dean Dr C V Raghuveer said more than thousand participants are expected to participate.  Manipal University Chancellor Dr Ramadas M Pai will inaugurate the convention on November 15 at 6 pm. Karnataka Bank President Ananthakrishna, Corporation Bank President B Sambamurthy, Manipal University Pro Chancellor Dr H S Ballal, Registrar Dr H Vinod Bhat will be the chief guest.
Dr Raghuveer said as part of the conference, pre-conference CMEs and workshops will be conducted on November 15. The CME will be inaugurated by senior microbiologist Dr C N Nagesha.
