The Karnataka Pavilion at this year’s India International Trade Fair will have a brand new look.
Depicting the glory of Hoysala dynasty in the form of an artistic blend of the 11th century temples, the state pavilion is expected to be the cynosure for all eyes at the two-week long annual trade fair that commences in the capital on Tuesday.
The inimitable pavilion structure comprises all carvings of temples, including episodes from mythology.
Over 100 artisans and skilled workers took 100 days to complete the 30 feet height fibre glass structure, said its chief architect Kamalaksha.
The pavilion will focus on achievements of the state government, H V Raghu Ram, managing director of Vishvesvaraya Industrial Trade Centre, said.
