Stay trim, have children to score 100
Want to make it to 100? Researchers have found that staying trim, not thin, having lots of children and taking up hard work at the latter stage of your life is the secret to longer life, reports PTI from London.
Researchers have carried out a study and found that the secret of living a long life is not eating too much, but also not eating too little; having more than four children by the age of 30; and working on the land.
Dr Lenoid Gavrilov and his wife Natalia, a fellow researcher, at the Centre on Ageing at the Chicago University came to the conclusion after studying the health records of dozens of centenarians.

Diabetic Ann Taylor is aware that she would have been dead, if her son Danny wouldn't have been taking care of her. Danny's daily routine begins with giving his 47-year-old mum an insulin jab to stop her blood sugar levels dropping dangerously low. When he comes back after attending school, he gives her another jab, blood tests, and checks on her through the night.
Danny, who was declared as the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain award winner in 2004, will be seen on BBC1’s Blue Peter to promote their annual charity.
Dutch police arrest ‘virtual’ thief
Dutch police said on Wednesday that they had arrested a “virtual” thief, a 17-year-old who had stolen ‘furniture” with a combined value of 4,000 euros from an online hotel, DPA reports from Amsterdam.
Habbo Hotel is an international teenage game and online community with an estimated 7 million members. The community members can create virtual characters, or Habbos.
These characters can take their own rooms in the hotel, which they can subsequently decorate with their own furniture. The furniture is purchased with special Habbo credits, paid for with real money.
Police said the suspect allegedly hacked the accounts of other Habbo community members. He then allegedly took their furniture and brought it to his own room.
It is the first time the Dutch police arrested someone on suspicion of having committed a virtual burglary.
