India Will Reject Mission Kashmir
New Delhi, Nov. 15.
Prime Minister Nehru is understood to have told a meeting of the Parliamentary Consultative Committee on Foreign Affairs, that India would reject the Anglo-US move to revive the Graham Mission to Kashmir.
However, Mr Nehru said, India was “keeping an open mind” on Swedish representative Gunnar Jarring’s suggestion for referring certain issues of the Kashmir dispute to the World Court.
States Disappointed With Increase
New Delhi, Nov. 15.
All the parties’ representatives today welcomed the decision of the States’ share of the Income-Tax divisible pool but were disappointed that their share was still below expectations.
Kerala, Bihar, Madras and the Punjab accepted that the Second Finance Commission’s recommendations would provide them a bigger share in the allocation.

Cong-I Ministry In Nagaland
Kohima, Nov. 15.
The decks have been cleared to instal a Congress-I Ministry in Nagaland tomorrow with eight Independent Legislators joining the party and re-electing Mr SC Jamir as the Leader of the 32-member Congress-I bloc in the Nagaland Assembly. Mr Jamir is a former Chief Minister.
Legislature Party leaders of both the Congress(I) and NNDP have formally staked their claim of majority and requested the Governor to invite them to form the government.
