CMs family visits town

 Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa’s family members visited Shanimahatmaswamy temple at Kampalapura and offered pooja here on Saturday. 

“Yeddyurappa had spent his childhood days  at Nidasale village and then moved on to Bukanakere. Now, he has become the chief minister. One astrologer of the temple had said that Yeddyurappa will become the chief minister in the past.  Now, his prediction has come true. Hence, we came here to offer pooja,” said Basavaraju, brother-in-law of B S Yeddyurappa.

According to sources, the new temple will be ready  for the Shivaratri festival. Sources say that Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa will be asked to inaugurate the temple on the  occasion.

Among the Chief Minister’s family who  visited the temple included     B S Yeddyurappa’s son-in-law Rajesh.
The others who acompanied the family for the  trip were  Member of Parliment S Mallikarjunaiah, Member of Legislative Assembly Ravindra Varma, Bharatiya Janata Party leaders Dr Shetty, K K Ramakrishna, Suresh, Nataraju, Nagaraju, Shivappa. The manager of the temple Krishnappa and others were present on the occasion.
