The rathayathre which passed through Srimangala, Ponnampete, Gonikoppalu, Ammathi, Siddapura, Kushalnagara, Koodige before reaching Somwarpet. The chariot was given a cordial welcome everywhere it passed through. In Goikoppalu, hundreds of mobikes took part in the procession till Uma Maheshwari temple. Special pooja was offered on the occasion.
