Alva’s Education Foundation Chairman Dr M Mohan Alva inaugurated the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) Single Zone Inter-collegiate Women’s Basketball Tournament at Fr Muller Medical College (FMMC) grounds on Monday.
Teams from St Johns Medical College, Bangalore; M S Ramiah Medical College, Bangalore; Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Bangalore; Fr Muller Medical College, Mangalore; Sri Devraj Urs Medical College, Kolar; and Krishnadevaraya College of Dental Sciences, Bangalore, will participate in the two-day tournament. The winners will be declared after the final game, at the valedictory function on Tuesday.
FMMC Administrator Fr Denis D’Sa, Fr Muller Medical College Dean Dr B Sanjeev Rai and Sports Coordinator Dr Ramesh Naik were present.
