Most of the areas in Devanahalli Taluk have clocked moderate to substantial rise. In many areas, guidance values have been increased above prevailing market rates as well, according to Department officials.
Devanahalli Town also registered impressive residential land values in Taluk Office Road (Rs 10 crore per acre, 66.67 per cent increase) and Sulibele Road (Rs six crore, 50 per cent).
In Doddaballapur Taluk, Karenahalli, Kurubarahalli and Kodihalli villages touched Rs 60 lakh per acre. The land in gram thana sites and layouts in these villages has been valued at Rs 150 per sq ft and Rs 250 per sq ft respectively.
In Hoskote, Dandupalya, Attaru and Mugabala villages touched an impressive Rs 1.6 crore per acre, while Gangapura in Nandagudi Hobli also touched the same price. In Hoskote Town, land value on K R Road has been revised to Rs 1,000 per sq ft. In Nelamangala Town, B H Road clocked the highest price, with residential land at Rs 1,500 per sq ft and commercial land at Rs 2,000 per sq ft.
In Ramanagaram District, prices touched a high on B M Road (Ramanagaram Town), with Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,500 per sq ft for residential and commercial land respectively.
