Cong's new strategy to expose Modi govt
New Delhi, DHNS:
It may have failed to get any direct and positive result from its Mulayam Ki Loot slogan in Uttar Pradesh, but the Congress believes its strategy to expose Modi Ka Jhooth (lies of Modi) would help it hit pay dirt in the forthcoming Gujarat polls.

Union Minister and Congress Campaign Committee Convener Kapil Sibal on Thursday revealed parts of the Sonia Gandhi-led party’s strategy as he gave a sampling of how it would counter BJP’s development plank in the campaign.

Accusing Modi of lying to the people on development claims, Sibal drew heavily on the examples from Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh to allege that Gujarat during the BJP rule had lagged behind heavily in the fields of primary and higher education, IT and biotech sectors and agriculture.

“We will expose the real face of Mr Modi,” he added.

Challenging Mr Modi to debate on issues related to development, Mr Sibal said: “You choose the subject, we are ready to debate.”

THIRD FRONT IN GUJARAT
Ahmedabad, DHNS: Firebrand Bharatiya Jan Shakti leader Uma Bharti claimed here that Gujarat had been trapped between the ideological conflict within the BJP and “Moditva”, Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s brand of politics. Ms Bharti announced the launch of her party as the third front in Gujarat and the decision to contest elections in several constituencies.
