In order to protect human values in the country, one must be aware of law. Teachers need to speak about law in the classroom apart from teaching lessons. Their suggestions are important for the world, he added.
The establishment of Legal Service Authority has improved the working strategy of Judiciary department and advocates association programmes. Law Service Authority is very important to know the various aspects of law.
The nation has retained its position in foreign countries by maintaining national integrity. Lok Adalat programme has created awareness about law among people. Moreover, several cases have been resolved, he added.
High Court Judges K L Manjunath presided over the programme. Subhash B D, Ananda Bairareddy, Javeed Rahim, District Judge P Krishna Bhat, JMFC Senior Judge K B Geetha, N Krishnaiah, Canara Bank Manager Krishnamurthy, Tahsildar Renukaprasad, Advocates Association President Malimariyappa, Vice-President Raghavendra Babu, Lakshmikanth and others were present on the occasion. Senior advocates P B Satyanarayana, Y R Basavaraju, H Wajeed Ahmed, R Sarvesh delivered lectures about several laws. Advocate B Ranganath compered the programme.
